Thoughts can be in the form of ideas, images, questions, past events etc.

Thoughts never come from within they are always connected with some event which has happened in your daily life or it can also be about the the knowledge that you have been exposed to …

When we listen, see or feel something our mind tends to think about it,..

What,Why,Who,When and Where has that thing happened??

What if it had never happened..,,,

Thoughts can disturb your mental peace too if it is not a good/valuable thought…

Yes,You read it right thoughts can be good as well as bad,the thoughts which makes you feel better “The Best” are good thoughts but on the other hand the ones which make you feel uncomfortable are not soo good…

Make Yourself surrounded with good and comfortable people as well as things and leave/get away from those who make you feel uncomfortable and sad.

We should always have some control over our minds, our thoughts,. Try meditation,exercise or whatever makes you happy to make your distance from those baddest bad thoughts..,.

Conclusion:—

It doesn’t matter whatsoever thoughts are scientifically but thoughts are meant to make you strong not weak.,, So remember and get stand, think about your wonderful future forgetting about sad past.. and remembering beautiful memories..,
